EQUIPMENT MANAGER - SPRINGFIELD COUNTRY CLUB
Position: Equipment Manager
Facility: Springfield Country Club
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Springfield Country Club is looking for a motivated individual to assume the position of equipment manager. The candidate will work closely with the golf course superintendent to maintain a fleet comprised mainly of Toro equipment. The equipment manager performs preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, record keeping, parts ordering and inventory, and maintains a clean professional shop. At times, additional tasks on the course would be required. The candidate must be an outgoing, hardworking individual with good communication skills. Experience in golf course maintenance is preferred but not necessary. The position will be full-time, 12 months a year.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Working knowledge of small and heavy maintenance equipment
Advanced experience with a variety of repair tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe service area and maintenance building
Compensation:
Competitive hourly or salary rate depending on experience
