A fantastic opportunity awaits for enthusiastic Turf Managers looking to advance their career and escape the winter chills and experience an Australian summer at the closest private golf club to the Melbourne CBD.

Position Summary

As one of the team at Latrobe, you will be exposed to a wide range of turf management duties such as: one-on-one training, personal development, budget planning, record keeping, disease & soil management, chemical & fertiliser planning, spray calibration, water management, field scouting for disease, course setup and tournament experience.

The Internship / Exchange Program will allow you the opportunity to experience the native sporting landscape, Australian Rules Football, Golf (The world renowned Sandbelt region), Cricket and Australian Open Tennis, whilst allowing you to travel interstate to visit the Great Barrier Reef, Ayers Rock, Sydney Harbour and much more.
