Addressing the labor shortage begins with raising awareness beyond our specialized community. The Super-Scratch Foundation is playing a key role in this effort. A team of members and amateur golfers organized an event that pairs scratch players with superintendents from their clubs, effectively highlighting the need for reliable assistants and labor in the industry, while also offering financial aid to future superintendents.
